It was a great evening for American forward Kaila Charles (185-1998, college: Maryland) who led her team to a victory with a triple-double by scoring 15 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists (went 7 for 7 at the free throw line). International swingman Eden Zipel (183-2002) helped adding 25 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. The best for the losing side was Australian center Elizabeth Cambage (205-1991) with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 16 rebounds and American guard Shatori Walker-Kimbrough (180-1996, college: Maryland) scored 22 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. H.Rishon LZ will meet E.Ramla (#4) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. M.Ashdod will play against Ramat Hasharon and hopes to get finally their first victory.
