Regular Season Round 24: Nancy - Dijon 73-48

Everything went according to plan when eighth ranked Nancy (14-10) outscored at home 15th ranked Dijon (8-16) 73-48 on Friday. Nancy looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. The best player for the winners was Cameroonian Yves Mballa (199-2003) who had a double-double by scoring 22 points and 12 rebounds. Swingman Guillaume Grotzinger (195-2004) chipped in a double-double by scoring 16 points, 6 rebounds and 10 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was Nathan Vincennes (200-2003) who recorded 19 points and 7 rebounds and Yanis Azoughagh added 7 points and 6 rebounds respectively. Dijon's coach Elise Prodhomme gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win. Nancy moved-up to seventh place. Dijon lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the sixteenth position with 16 games lost. Nancy will meet Nanterre (#10) on the road in the next round. Dijon will play against Bourg (#5) and hope to secure a win.
