Very expected game when 12th ranked Esparreguera (8-15) was edged at home by third ranked Tarragona (15-8) 55-53 on Sunday. Tarragona forced 20 Esparreguera turnovers. The winners were led by forward Joan Guixens (198-2000) who scored that evening 12 points and 6 rebounds and Marc Buscail (-2003) supported him with 7 points.
