The game between closely ranked teams ended with 11th ranked Olomoucko's (7-25) home loss to tenth ranked Slavia (12-20) 80-83 on Saturday. Worth to mention a great performance of guard Radek Pumprla (193-1995) who helped to win the game recording 18 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists and American point guard Adam Dworsky (180-1998, college: SE Oklahoma) who added 12 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. The best for the losing side was American point guard Luwane Pipkins (180-1996, college: Providence) with 36 points (!!!) and Serbian power forward Sreten Knezevic (206-1994) produced a double-double by scoring 10 points, 17 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Slavia and four Olomoucko players scored in double figures. Newly promoted Slavia maintains tenth position with 12-20 record. Loser Olomoucko keeps the eleventh place with 25 games lost. Slavia's supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will travel locally in Praha to the arena USK Praha.
