The game was mostly controlled by Kipina. Jyvaskyla BA managed to win third quarter 23-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game. Kipina outrebounded Jyvaskyla BA 43-32 including a 34-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. American guard ArMond Davis (196-1995, college: UCSB) notched a double-double by scoring 32 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists to lead the effort and the other American import guard Brian Cameron (188-1997, college: Wesley) supported him with 36 points (!!!) and 6 assists (was perfect 7-for-7 from the free throw line). Davis is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. Even a double-double of 19 points and 12 rebounds by Oliver Kanden (198-2004) did not help to save the game for Jyvaskyla BA. Point guard Juuso Salmi (188-2004) added 11 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists for the guests. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Jyvaskyla BA's coach Mikko Tupamaki rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
