Regular Season Round 23: Zeta - Lim 86-93

There was no surprise in Golubovci where 11th ranked Zeta (3-16) was defeated by sixth ranked Lim (14-7) 93-86 on Saturday. Lim dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to Zeta's 44. They also forced 25 Zeta turnovers. Lim looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a great evening for Danilo Joksimovic who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 15 rebounds and 4 assists. Guard Vojislav Spalevic (192-2005) helped adding 23 points and 6 assists. Lim's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Djordjije Tatar (-2002) responded with a double-double by scoring 26 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals and forward Drazen Radicevic (198-1989) scored 27 points and 6 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Newly promoted Lim maintains sixth place with 14-7 record. Zeta lost their seventh game in a row. They keep the eleventh position with 16 games lost. Lim will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Zeta will play against Ulcinj (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
