The game without a history. Tindastoll led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They held Njardvik to an opponent 24.6 percent shooting from the field compared to 52.4 percent accuracy of the winners. Tindastoll had a 37-24 advantage in offensive rebounds. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 26 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Njardvik's players. Irish-British forward Taiwo Badmus (199-1993, college: UVA Wise) fired a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. The former international point guard Sigtryggur Bjornsson (180-1993, college: St.Mary's) chipped in 21 points. Five Tindastoll players scored in double figures. American point guard Dedrick Basile (178-1994, college: CSUB) produced 14 points and Argentinian Lisandro Rasio (197-1990) added 10 points respectively for lost side. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
