No shocking result in a game in Bemmel where first ranked Belgian Okapi Aalst (8-1) won against 5th ranked Dutch Yoast United (3-6) 85-79 on Sunday. Okapi Aalst forced 20 Yoast United turnovers. The best player for the winners was American forward Josh Price (205-1996, college: S.Indiana) who had a double-double by scoring 28 points and 12 rebounds. Dorian Marchant (198-1993) chipped in 13 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Okapi Aalst players scored in double figures. At the other side the best for losing team was Cuban-Belgian point guard Sigfredo Casero-Ortiz (185-1997) who recorded 30 points and forward Wietze Nossek (202-1998) added 15 points and 10 rebounds respectively. The victory was the fourth consecutive win for Okapi Aalst. They maintain first place with 8-1 record. Loser Yoast United keeps the fifth position with six games lost.
