NBL top team - Rilski (26-4) had no problems winning another game on Monday. This time they crushed tenth ranked Shumen (6-23) 99-71. Rilski made 25-of-31 free shots (80.6 percent) during the game, while Shumen only scored seven points from the stripe. Rilski forced 19 Shumen turnovers. The former international Chavdar Kostov (196-1988, agency: BIG) scored 25 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and American forward Demajeo Wiggins (208-1997, college: BGSU) chipped in 16 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Four Rilski players scored in double figures. The best for the losing side was American guard Ishmael El-Amin (190-1998, college: URI) with 30 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and his fellow American import Rey Idowu (207-1999, college: Tulsa) scored 12 points and 6 rebounds.
