The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 10-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 70-54. American swingman Rene Rougeau (198-1986, college: UNLV, agency: Blacktop Management) fired 19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. His fellow American import swingman Jeffrey Carroll (198-1994, college: OK State) chipped in 13 points and 8 rebounds. Seagulls' coach Jussi Laakso used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
