ProA U21 top team - Cholet (29-3) had no problems winning another game. This time they crushed seventeenth ranked Le Portel (3-29) 89-48. Cholet dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Le Portel's 28. Cholet forced 20 Le Portel turnovers and outrebounded them 41-22 including 16 on the offensive glass. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 26 assists comparing to just 8 passes made by Le Portel's players. Point guard Matheo Leray (190-2003) nailed 9 points, 16 assists and 6 steals for the winning side and forward Tidjane Salaun (205-2005) accounted for 15 points and 9 rebounds. Four Cholet players scored in double figures. Cameron Valcy (192-2003) came up with 17 points and forward Kenny Kasiama (206-2003) added 9 points respectively for Le Portel in the defeat.
