Semi-Finals Game 3: Mega - TSU 83-88

It looked good early as Mega took a 13-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then TSU took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 5 points. They made 17-of-21 charity shots (81.0 percent) during the game. TSU players were unselfish on offense dishing 21 assists. It was an exceptional evening for the former international point guard George Tsintsadze (192-1986) who led the winners with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 5 rebounds and 13 assists. The former international power forward Beka Bekauri (209-1991, agency: BIG) accounted for 17 points, 10 rebounds and 4 blocks for the winning side. Swingman Otari Buliava (198-1994) came up with a double-double by scoring 18 points, 12 rebounds, 5 assists and 4 blocks and American power forward Marqus Gilsonx (196, college: CWU) added 22 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists (on 10-of-13 shooting from the field) respectively for Mega in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
