Regular Season Round 2: Helsingborg - Eskilstuna 90-65

Eskilstuna recorded a loss on the court of Helsingborg on Saturday night. Visitors were rolled over by Helsingborg 90-65. They dominated down low during the game scoring 50 of its points in the paint compared to Eskilstuna's 20. They outrebounded Eskilstuna 51-24 including a 38-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. The best player for the winners was forward Rickard Rietz (205-2002) who scored 23 points and 8 rebounds. Forward Patrik Andersson (191-1994) chipped in a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds. Four Helsingborg players scored in double figures. Helsingborg's coach Xavier Mascaro felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Adam Karahmetovic (189-1998) produced 12 points and 8 rebounds and guard Simon Finden (191-2000) added 15 points and 4 steals respectively for the guests. Helsingborg is looking forward to face Fryshuset in Stockholm in the next round which should be another easy win for them. Eskilstuna will play at home against Kalmar and is hoping to win this game.
