American guard Branden Maughmer (190-1999, college: Morehead St.) nailed 21 points and 8 assists for the winning side and forward Michael Jost (202-1988) accounted for 10 points and 13 rebounds. Seawolves 2's coach Nicolai Coputerco allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Naturalized American Shawn Gulley (200-1993, college: Temple JC) came up with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 14 rebounds and American forward Tristan Harper (198, college: Langston) added 16 points and 8 rebounds respectively for Herford in the defeat.
