The game had a very big importance for fourth-ranked CSKA-Junior as it allowed them to take a leadership position. CSKA-Junior smashed 8th ranked Avtodor-2 in Moscow 86-35. As mentioned above they are at the top of the standings, which they share with Samara-2 and Khimki-2. Avtodor-2 at the other side keeps the eighth place with three games lost.
