There was a surprise result when twelfth ranked Toulouse (5-7) edged at home higher ranked Vendee Challans (6-6) 85-84 on Friday. The winners were led by point guard Victor Mopsus (179-1999) who scored that evening 17 points, 6 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals and Serbian-Montenegrin power forward Luka Nikolic (209-1994) supported him with 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Four Toulouse players scored in double figures. Even a double-double of 24 points and 10 rebounds (perfect from downtown making all five shots) by Bahamas forward Radshad Davis (195-1996, college: FIU) did not help to save the game for Vendee Challans.
