There was a minor upset when higher rankedGravelines (8-6) was defeated at home by eleventh ranked Cholet (8-6) 91-85 on Sunday. Cholet looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Amael LEtang (214-2005) stepped up with a double-double by scoring 21 points and 13 rebounds for the winners and guard Adrien Pereira (186-2004) chipped in 17 points and 4 assists. Cholet's coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. At the losing side guard Willan Hairabetian (189-2003) responded with 19 points and 4 assists and Madagascar forward Jerry Rabibisoa (203-2004) produced a double-double by scoring 12 points and 13 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Cholet have a solid series of three victories in a row. Defending champion moved-up to seventh place, which they share with defeated Gravelines.
