Very predictable result when eighth rankedRasta Vechta (7-4) won against on the road 16th ranked BG Goettingen (2-8) 90-86 on Saturday. It was an exceptional evening for American guard Tommy Kuhse (188-1998, college: SMC) who led the winners and scored 25 points and 8 assists. Joschka Ferner (201-1996) accounted for 19 points for the winning side. Naturalized American point guard Zachary Ensminger (195-2001) came up with 13 points and 8 assists and Latvian center Karlis Silins (210-1997, college: FAU) added 21 points respectively for Goettingen in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Vechta moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Ludwigsburg and Hamburg. Loser BG Goettingen keeps the sixteenth position with eight games lost.
