No shocking result in a game in Herten where fifth rankedLoewen (9-8) smashed 12th ranked Bonn 2 (5-13) 80-49 on Saturday. Loewen dominated down low during the game scoring 46 of its points in the paint compared to Bonn 2 's 24. They outrebounded Bonn 2 44-31 including 34 on the defensive glass. American guard Jamal Wright (179-1997, college: High Point) scored 20 points and 5 assists to lead the charge for the winners and Kosovan guard Faton Jetullahi (188-1994) chipped in 18 points during the contest. Loewen's coach Robin Singh felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was Danish guard Thomas Laerke (194-1991) with 12 points and Aaron Isah (196-2000) scored 6 points and 8 rebounds. Loewen moved-up to fourth place, which they share with Koeln DTV. Bonn 2 lost third consecutive game. They keep the twelfth position with 13 games lost. They share it with Leverkusen 2.
