The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Karhubasket won third quarter25-22 . However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Seagulls players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. Nigerian-American forward Chuba Ohams (206-1997, college: Fordham) nailed 17 points, 9 rebounds and 8 assists for the winning side and American swingman Rene Rougeau (198-1986, college: UNLV, agency: Blacktop Management) accounted for 21 points and 8 rebounds. South Sudanese-Australian guard Junior Madut (196-1997, college: Hawaii) came up with 13 points and 5 assists and the former international swingman Shawn Hopkins (197-1995, college: N.Georgia, agency: Blacktop Management) added 18 points respectively for Karhubasket in the defeat. Both coaches used bench players in such tough game.
