Njardvik made 17-of-22 charity shots (77.3 percent) during the game. Njardvik outrebounded Grindavik 48-32 including a 19-6 advantage in offensive rebounds. American guard Selena Lott (180-1999, college: Marquette) notched a triple-double by scoring 24 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists to lead the effort and the former international forward Isabella Sigurdardottir (187-1997) supported her with 21 points and 11 rebounds. Even 17 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists by American guard Danielle Rodriguez (177-1993, college: Utah) did not help to save the game for Grindavik.
