Den Bosch outrebounded Yoast United 41-27 including a 34-23 advantage in defensive rebounds. Den Bosch players were unselfish on offense dishing 24 assists. American DJ Fenner (198-1993, college: Nevada) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points. The former international center Thomas van der Mars (208-1990, college: Portland) contributed with 14 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. Den Bosch's coach Erik Braal felt very confident that he used 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Guard Ryan Van Eyck (192-2005) replied with 20 points and 5 rebounds and guard Roel Van Overbeek (189-2000) added 3 points, 7 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals in the effort for Yoast United.
