Starlites clinched BOV League D1 title. They held off Mellieha in Game 3 of the Finals to complete the sweep. It was a great evening for the former international point guard Alec Pace (178-1998) who led his team to a victory scoring 24 points and 6 assists. American Davonte Craven (203-1999, college: Rust) helped adding 21 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American swingman Tedrick Wolfe (196-1997, college: Wayland Baptist) with 28 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists and the former international David Bugeja (180-1992) scored 15 points and 8 rebounds. FiveMellieha players scored in double figures.
