The most important game of round 3 took place in Diedorf whereKangaroos beat Ehingen/Urspringschule (2-1) 100-91 on Friday night. Strangely Ehingen outrebounded Leitershofen 37-23 including 26 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists. It was a great evening for Romanian swingman Dragos Diculescu (196-1999, agency: VM Hoops Agency) who led his team to a victory scoring 18 points, 8 rebounds and 6 assists. Point guard Jannik Westermeir (190-2002) helped adding 16 points and 7 assists. The best for the losing side was point guard Tim Martinez (198-2002) with 15 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists and Estonian point guard Jorke Aav (184-2005) scored 17 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. Ehingen/Urspringschule's coach rotated eleven players in this game, but that didn't help.
