Very important is a road loss ofBrasov against Constanta on Saturday night. Visiting Brasov was crushed by Constanta in Constanta 89-42 . The game without a history. Constanta led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Brasov to just 4 points in second quarter. Constanta held Brasov to an opponent 23.8 percent shooting from the field compared to 52.1 percent accuracy of the winners. They outrebounded Brasov 52-27 including a 42-22 advantage in defensive rebounds. Constanta looked well-organized offensively handing out 27 assists comparing to just 6 passes made by Brasov 's players. The former international forward Boglarka Biszak (175-1999) nailed 17 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists and 4 steals (perfect from the field making all seven shots !!!) for the winning side and American forward Zada Williams (188-1996, college: Florida) accounted for 14 points and 10 rebounds. Four Constanta players scored in double figures. Serbian Biljana Pesovic (180-1983) came up with 19 points and 6 rebounds and the former international Renata Kovacs (175-1999) added 8 points respectively for Brasov in the defeat. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
