Everything went according to plan when fourth ranked UAEDubai (3-1) defeated 10th ranked Serbian Borac (1-3) in Cacak 87-74 on Sunday. The winners were led by American point guard Isaiah Taylor (190-1994, college: Texas) who scored that evening 13 points and 6 assists and Serbian guard Danilo Andjusic (195-1991) supported him with 16 points. Four Dubai players scored in double figures. Dubai's coach used entire bench saving starting five for next games. Even 16 points and 7 rebounds by center Marko Pavicevic (209-2002) did not help to save the game for Borac . Lithuanian guard Paulius Valinskas (191-1995) added 16 points for lost side. Dubai maintains fourth position with 3-1 record. Loser Borac CA dropped to the eleventh place with three games lost. They share the position with 4 other teams. Dubai will meet at home Spartak (#8) in the next round. Borac will play against Mornar in Bar and hope to win that game.
