Very predictable result when fifth ranked TSV 1880 (3-1) rolled over bottom-ranked ASC Theresianum Mainz (0-4) in Wasserburg 79-35 on Sunday. Wasserburg held Mainz to an opponent 19.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 40.6 percent accuracy of the winners. The winners were led by Dutch forward Bente Van Beers (185) who scored that evening 20 points, 7 rebounds and 4 blocks and point guard Maria Perner (178-2006) supported her with 18 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Even a double-double of 12 points and 12 rebounds by Alina Doetsch (170-1999) did not help to save the game for Mainz.
