Very predictable result in Minsk where top-rankedGorizont (6-0) smashed 8th ranked Victoria (1-6) 112-35 . Gorizont held Victoria to an opponent 21.7 percent shooting from the field compared to 56.8 percent accuracy of the winners. Gorizont forced 32 Victoria turnovers and outrebounded them 48-23 including a 17-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Gorizont players were unselfish on offense dishing 39 assists comparing to just 4 passes made by Victoria 's players. They brought some defensive toughness making 14 blocks. The winners were led by the former international point guard Yana Iahnovets (170-2001) who scored that evening 15 points, 8 assists and 7 steals and guard Marta Golovach (173-2009) supported her with 20 points (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field). Four Gorizont players scored in double figures. Even 10 points and 5 rebounds by forward Daria Grigut (178-2009) did not help to save the game for Victoria .
