Antwerp - Limburg 88-73

Antwerp Giants shot 24 for 34 from the free-throw line, while Limburg United only scored seven points from the stripe. 27 personal fouls committed by Limburg United helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The game was dominated by American players. point guard Rasheed Bello (183, college: PFW) fired 26 points for the winners. point guard Joel Murray (183-1999, college: LBSU, agency: Slash Sports) chipped in 14 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Forward Noah Baumann (198-1999, college: GCU) produced 13 points and guard Jalen Blackmon (190-2002, college: Miami, FL) added 13 points respectively for lost side. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

Oostende dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Okapi Aalst's 28. They outrebounded Okapi Aalst 41-25 including 30 on the defensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of Danish-Israeli point guard Noam Yaacov (186-2004) who helped to win the game recording 23 points and 5 assists. The former international center Haris Bratanovic (208-2001) contributed with 16 points and 8 rebounds (on 8-of-10 shooting from the field) for the winners. American forward Eddie Colbert III (198, college: Charleston) answered with 21 points and 9 rebounds and international point guard Niels Van Den Eynde (179-2000) added 20 points and 7 assists in the effort for Okapi Aalst. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
