Spirou Royal Eclairs Pont-de-Loup (Top Division Women) agreed terms with 19-year old forward Rachel Lourdel (183cm-2006, agency: Oversia Management). She moved there from CEP Ladies Charleroi. In 21 Top Division Women games in Belgium she had 4.7ppg and 4.7rpg this season. Last season she played at another Belgian team Basketball Brunehaut.
