Flumen Sancti Viiti Rijeka (Premijer Liga) signed 25-year old Croatian center Katarina Trehub (192cm-1997) for upcoming 2023-24 season. Trehub played last season at KP Brno in ZBL league in Czech Republic. She managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). In three Czech Republic games she had 6.3ppg, 6.7rpg and 1.3apg. Trehub also played for Benfica in Portuguese Liga Feminina where in four games she recorded 11.0ppg, 5.5rpg and 1.0apg. She also played 5 games in Eurocup where she averaged 5.6ppg and 4.8rpg.
Trehub represented Croatia at the European Championships (FIBA EuroBasket) U20 Division B in Eliat (Israel) six years ago. Trehub's team won Bronze and her stats at that event were 7 games: 3.7ppg, 3.4rpg, 1.0bpg.
She has played previously professionally in Italy (Alperia Basket Club Bolzano, Valdarno and Moncalieri) and Croatia (Pula).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others her team won Italian Serie A2 Group North Regular Season in 2021. Trehub was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Italian Serie A2 Honorable Mention back in 2020.
