Sebastian Pozder claims EYBL U20 Hoops Agents weekly honour

Sebastian Pozder (198-F) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for KK Crikvenica and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 3.
The forward had a double-double of 25 points and 14 rebounds, while his team edged out Budva (2-2) 75-72. Crikvenica maintains the 7th position in EYBL U20 . Crikvenica is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 2-2 record. In the team's last game Pozder had a remarkable 71.4% from 2-point range. He turned to be Crikvenica's top player in his first season with the team. Pozder has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (4th best: 12.3rpg) and averages solid 64.4% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was forward Ognjen Kapicic (198-F) of KK Budva Basket. Kapicic impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 18 points and 24 rebounds. Bad luck as Budva was edged by Kvarner (2-2) 75-72. The season is still at the very beginning and this lost game may not be such crucial, of course if they start win the games. Let's wait for the next round. Kapicic is a newcomer at Budva and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was American Ben Lee of Rome City Institute U20 team (#14). Lee scored 26 points and grabbed 15 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Rome CI, leading his team to a 72-62 win against Nastic (#64, 0-4). Rome CI can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 1-3 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Lee has individually a great season in EYBL U20. After only 3 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 27.0ppg (best scorer) and rebounds with 12.0rpg (5th best).

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
