EYBL U16 round 32 best performance: Karl Karming (by Hoops Agents)

Karl Karming put on an amazing game in the last round for top-ranked BC Kalev Cramo/KK Sokud U16 Team, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 32.
The player had a double-double of 27 points and 13 rebounds, while his team crushed Grand Est (#9, 13-6) with 22-point margin 86-64. It allowed Kalev Cramo to consolidate first place in the EYBL U16. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Kalev Cramo has a very solid 17-5 record, but they cannot be too comfortable about keeping top position. In the team's last game Karming had a remarkable 61.1% from 2-point range. It was one of impressive evenings for him as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Karl Karming averages this season 9.2ppg and 6.7rpg.

The second best player in last round's games was Kristaps Petersons of Ekselences Centrs Riga U17 team. Petersons had a very good evening with a double-double of 18 points and 17 rebounds. Bad luck as Ekselences lost that overtime game 60-66 to the higher-ranked Sokut (#1, 17-5). Despite lost game Ekselences moved up to 5th position in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 14-5 record is not bad and everything may still change. Petersons is a newcomer at Ekselences, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was Valentin Bourniquel of Akademie Grand Est Nancy U16 team (#9). Bourniquel scored 25 points. He was a key player of Grand Est, leading his team to a 77-47 easy win against the higher-ranked ToPo (#6, 14-5). Grand Est needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 13 victories and 6 lost games. Bourniquel has a very solid season. In 19 games in EYBL U16 he scored 4.7ppg. He also has 2.2spg and a FGP of 52.9%.

8. Robert Valma) of Sokut - 21 points and 4 rebounds
9. Benjamin Dyve) of EB-85 - 16 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists
10. Arturs Leimanis) of Ogre - 23 points and 8 rebounds

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
