Pavlovics' double-double lands him Player of the Week award

Toms Pavlovics put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Bauska U16 team and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 3.
He had a double-double of 18 points and 16 rebounds, while his team beat Tbilisi (#15, 2-3) 83-73. Thanks to this victory Bauska moved-up to the 5th position in BBBL. They are still close to the very top. Bauska would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 5-1 record. In the team's last game Pavlovics had a remarkable 87.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be Bauska's top player in his first season with the team. Pavlovics has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in points (4th best: 17.7ppg) and averages solid 1.5bpg and 53.8% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Raul Liiva of Tartu University BS/Avatar U16 team. He is a in his first season at Tartu/Avatar. In the last game Liiva recorded an impressive double-double of 27 points and 15 rebounds. Of course he led Tartu/Avatar to another comfortable win outscoring Pardaugava 2 (0-5) 103-43. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Liiva is a newcomer at Tartu/Avatar and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 16.6ppg (#7). He also registered 7.2 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to another Tartu/Avatar's star - Lennart Joorits. Joorits scored 20 points and passed 4 assists. He was another key player of Tartu University BS/Avatar U16 team, helping his team with a 103-43 easy win against Pardaugava 2 (#27, 0-5). Joorits has a very solid season. In 5 games in BBBL he scored 14.0ppg.
