Kryzius' double-double lands him Player of the Week award

Benas Kryzius put on an amazing game in the last round for Tornado Kaunas U16 team and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
He had a double-double of 37 points and 17 rebounds, while his team beat Alvik (#24, 1-3) 116-104. Thanks to this victory Tornado moved-up to the 6th position in EYBL U16. The season is still on an early stage, but Tornado already had a very good start winning all 4 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Kryzius had a remarkable 76.2% from 2-point range. He turned to be Tornado's top player in his first season with the team. Kryzius has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (8th best: 12.3rpg) and averages solid 71.4% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Kristofers Fibigs of league's second-best Ekselences centrs Riga. He is a in his first season at Jugla. In the last game Fibigs recorded an impressive double-double of 33 points and 11 rebounds. Of course he led Ekselences to another comfortable win 92-75 over Falcon (1-3) being unquestionably team leader. A very good start of the season for his team, which won so far all 4 games without any defeat. Fibigs is a newcomer at Ekselences and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 28.8ppg (#2). He also registered 7.5 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to Martynas Suzanovicius of SKM Vilnius U16 team (#5). Suzanovicius got into 30-points club by scoring 35 points in the last round. He went also for eleven rebounds and four assists. He was a key player of SKM, leading his team to a 99-89 win against TalTech (#27, 1-3). SKM started extremely well this year. They recorded 4 victories without losing a single game. Suzanovicius turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Suzanovicius has a great season in EYBL U16. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.8ppg (5th best).
