EYBL U17 round 11 best performance: Roderik Rosko (by Hoops Agents)

Roderik Rosko had an amazing evening in the last round for AKAPO Lucenec U17 team, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 11.
The player was the main contributor (33 points, nine rebounds and four assists) to his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Stella Blue (#47, 0-4) with 106-point margin 135-29. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Lucenec is placed at 16th position in EYBL U17. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Lucenec will need more victories to improve their 3-1 record. In the team's last game Rosko had a remarkable 76.5% from 2-point range. He turned to be Lucenec's top player in his first season with the team. Roderik Rosko has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (2nd best: 26.3ppg) and averages impressive 4.5spg and 80.8% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was Nestro Vino of Stellazzurra Budapest Black U17 team. Vino had a very good evening with a double-double of 31 points and 10 rebounds. Of course Stella Black cruised to a 76-69 relatively comfortable win over the higher-ranked Self Made (#9, 3-1). The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Stella Black dropped in the standings to 25th position. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 2-2 record is not bad and everything may still change. Vino is a newcomer at Stella Black, but is already one of team's top players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 22.8ppg (#8). His other stats are also decent: 7.8rpg and 4.8apg.

Third on the list of top players last round was Irish Aivaras Buzas of NABA Ireland Dublin U17 team (#24). Buzas showcased his all-around game by recording 22 points, 22 rebounds (!!!) and 7 assists in the last round. He was a key player of NABA Ireland, leading his team to a 67-54 easy win against the lower-ranked Viitorul C-N. (#38, 1-3). NABA Ireland needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 2 victories and 2 lost games. Buzas has a great season in EYBL U17. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in points with 23.8ppg (4th best) and rebounds with 16.5rpg (#1 in league).
