Franek Nankiewicz claims EYBL U16 Hoops Agents weekly honour

Franek Nankiewicz had a great game in the last round for Lublinianka Basketball Lublin U16 team and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 4.
The had a double-double of 32 points and 20 rebounds, while his team crushed Sigulda (#30, 2-2) with 23-point margin 89-66. The game was not the highest importance and did not have significant influence on top of the standings. Thanks to this victory Lublinianka moved-up to the 29th position in EYBL U16. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost that single game earlier this season. Lublinianka will need more victories to improve their 3-1 record. In the team's last game Nankiewicz had a remarkable 68.4% from 2-point range. He turned to be Lublinianka's top player in his first season with the team. Franek Nankiewicz averages this season 14.0ppg and 10.0rpg.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was another Lublinianka's star - young forward Marcin Mocarski (183-F-2009). Mocarski impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 22 points and 17 rebounds. Of course together with Nankiewicz he helped Lublinianka Basketball Lublin U16 team with another comfortable win outscoring the higher-ranked BVBS (#1, 0-4) 95-71. Despite this victory Lublinianka slide down in the standings to 29th position. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 3-1 record is not bad and everything may still change. Mocarski is a newcomer at Lublinianka and it seems he did not have too much trouble to become one of team's leaders.

The third best performed player last round was Yevhen Tatunchak (200-F-2009) of Ukraine U16 team (#53). Tatunchak scored 19 points and grabbed 11 rebounds (!!!). He was a key player of Ukraine, leading his team to a 109-30 easy win against the higher-ranked BVBS (#1, 0-4). Ukraine started extremely well this year. They recorded 4 victories without losing a single game. Tatunchak turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Tatunchak has a great season in EYBL U16. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 13.3rpg (6th best).

9. Jakub Pisarczyk (182-G-2009) of Piotrowka - 18 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists
10. Antoni Musialek) of Piotrowka - 22 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists
