Emir Sunj's triple-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

Hungarian Emir Sunj had a very impressive game in the last round for league's best team DLang Academy Lausanne U17 team and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 15.
He recorded a triple-double of 32 points adding also 15 rebounds and 10 assists, while his team outclassed, the league's bottom-ranked team Amicii (#47, 0-3) with 73-point margin 117-44. Thanks to this victory DLang moved-up to the 1st position in EYBL U17. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. They are still not able to win a single game in the league yet. But it's just the very beginning of the season and DLang won just one (their first) game. It's too early to say anything as the standings can be changed completely after next round. In the team's last game Sunj had a remarkable 70.6% from 2-point range. He turned to be DLang's top player in his first season with the team. Sunj has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 28.0ppg. Sunj is in league's top in rebounds (3rd best: 15.0rpg) and averages solid 4.3spg and 69.0% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Giorgio Alioto of Svincolati Milazzo U17 team. He is a in his first season at Svincolati. In the last game Alioto recorded an impressive 33 points, 7 rebounds and 9 assists. It was enough for Svincolati to edge league's leader DLang (#1, 0-0) by 5 points 94-89. Despite this victory Svincolati slide down in the standings to 42th position. A very good start of the season for his team, which won so far all 4 games without any defeat. Alioto is a newcomer at Svincolati and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Kristiyan Zanov of BUBA Basketball Sofia U17 team (#6). Zanov scored 14 points and grabbed 24 rebounds (!!!). Despite Zanov's great performance the BUBA lost 78-84 to the league's current leader Vodno Skopje (#4, 3-0). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. The last thing BUBA needs is to lose another game like this one. They lose more and more distance to the top teams. Their record is 2 victories and 2 lost games. Zanov has a great season in EYBL U17. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 14.0rpg (4th best).
