The player was the main contributor (15 points, nine rebounds and nine assists) to his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team (#0, ) with 66-point margin 103-37. Thanks to this victory moved-up to the 19th position in EYBL U17. is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 4-4 record. has many years of experience at , through which he has constantly improved. averages this season 0ppg0rpg.
The second best player in last round's games was Latvian Markuss Kesteris of Stella Azurra Roma U17 team. Kesteris had a very good evening with 13 points and 5 rebounds. Of course he led Stella Azurra to another comfortable win outscoring Elite Euro (#74, 0-7) 103-37. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Stella Azurra dropped in the standings to 19th position. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 4-4 record is not bad and everything may still change. Kesteris is a newcomer at Stella Azurra and despite he is not a team leader yet, every game he becomes more reliable player. Hopefully performances like the last one will happen more often.
Third on the list of top players last round was another Stella Azurra's star - Romanian Razvan Buzguta (2009). Buzguta scored 8 points and grabbed 6 rebounds. He was another key player of Stella Azurra Roma U17 team, helping his team with a 103-37 easy win against Elite Euro (#74, 0-7). Stella Azurra needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 4 victories and 4 lost games. Buzguta has a very solid season. In 8 games in EYBL U17 he scored 6.3ppg.
Other top performing players last week:
4. Matteo Agostini) of Stella Azurra - 10 points and 5 rebounds

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
