Gulic's double-double lands him Player of the Week award

Djordje Gulic had an amazing evening in the last round for second-ranked KK Teodo Tivat 2nd Team and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 26.
He had a double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds, while his team edged out Andu Sibiu (#8, 2-5) 72-71. Teodo 2 is placed at 2nd position in EYBL U17. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. It's already very far into the season and Teodo 2 keeps a perfect 8-0 record. In the team's last game Gulic had a remarkable 66.7% from 2-point range. He turned to be Teodo 2's top player in his first season with the team. Djordje Gulic averages this season 16.8ppg and 8.9rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Raivo Kudrjavcevs (188-G-2008) of Ekselences centrs Riga. He is a guard in his first season at DSN A.K.. In the last game Kudrjavcevs recorded an impressive 30 points, 2 rebounds and 5 assists. Of course he led Ekselences to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked PuHu (#30, 3-5) 86-60. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. But Ekselences managed to improve slightly their position in standings taking 12th place. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 5-3 record is not bad and everything may still change. Kudrjavcevs is a newcomer at Ekselences and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.7ppg (#5). His other stats are also decent: 4.1rpg and 6.0apg.

Third place about best performers goes to Popa Radu of Andu Sibiu U17 team (#8). Radu showcased his all-around game by recording 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists in the last round. Despite Radu's great performance the Andu Sibiu lost 71-72 to the league's current leader Tivat (#2, 8-0). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. Andu Sibiu can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 2-5 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Radu has a very solid season. In 7 games in EYBL U17 he scored 11.1ppg. He also has 4.3apg, 3.1spg and a FGP of 60.0%.
