Flage's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

Filip Flage put on an amazing game in the last round for Skjetten U16 team and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 17.
He had a double-double of 26 points and 16 rebounds, while his team beat Keila (#62, 3-5) 88-77. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Thanks to this victory Skjetten moved-up to the 61th position in EYBL U16. Skjetten is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 4-4 record. In the team's last game Flage had a remarkable 57.1% from 2-point range. He turned to be Skjetten's top player in his first season with the team. Filip Flage averages this season 18.0ppg and 9.3rpg.

Second best performed player last round was Sander Heinla of KK Viimsi U16 team. He is a in his first season at Viimsi. In the last game Heinla recorded an impressive triple-double of 12 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists. Of course he led Viimsi to another comfortable win outscoring the higher-ranked London Elite 2 (#1, 0-4) 114-42. Despite this victory Viimsi slide down in the standings to 60th position. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 5-3 record is not bad and everything may still change. Heinla is a newcomer at Viimsi and despite he is not a team leader yet, every game he becomes more reliable player. Hopefully performances like the last one will happen more often.

Third place about best performers goes to another Skjetten's star - Rudy Gundersen. Gundersen scored 25 points and grabbed 7 rebounds. He was another key player of Skjetten U16 team, helping his team with a 88-77 win against slightly lower-ranked Keila (#62, 3-5). Skjetten needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 4 victories and 4 lost games. Gundersen has a very solid season. In 8 games in EYBL U16 he scored 15.6ppg. He also has 9.4rpg, 2.1bpg and a FGP of 51.6%.
