16-year old guard Gabrielius Peciulis (190-G-2008) had a great game in the last round for Plunges Olimpas and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 29.
He had a double-double of 49 points and 12 rebounds, while his team beat Spars (#55, 3-5) in overtime 92-84. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Thanks to this victory P.Olimpas moved-up to the 53th position in EYBL U17. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. P.Olimpas will need more victories to improve their 6-2 record. In the team's last game Peciulis had a remarkable 55.6% from 2-point range. He turned to be P.Olimpas' top player in his first season with the team. Peciulis has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 30.0ppg. Peciulis is in league's top in rebounds (5th best: 12.6rpg), assists (6th best: 6.6apg) and averages solid 2.3spg and 59.8% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Michael Skoda of BK VIVIDBOOKS Pardubice U19 team. He is a in his first season at Pardubice. In the last game Skoda recorded an impressive double-double of 15 points and 32 rebounds. Of course he led Synthesia to another comfortable win outscoring the higher-ranked DLang (#47, 3-5) 73-46. The game was between two teams which are definitely not main contenders for the title. Pardubice dropped in the standings to 61th position. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 5-3 record is not bad and everything may still change. Skoda is a newcomer at Pardubice and despite he is not a team leader yet, every game he becomes more reliable player. Hopefully performances like the last one will happen more often.

Third place about best performers goes to Nojus Barcys of league's second-best VKM Vilnius 2 U17 team. Barcys got into 30-points club by scoring 32 points in the last round. He went also for eleven rebounds . He was a key player of VKM 2, leading his team to a 89-76 easy win against the lower-ranked Valur (#51, 7-1). VKM 2 needs these victories very badly if they think about taking over top position in the standings. Their record at this point is 3 victories and 1 lost game. Barcys has a very solid season. In 4 games in EYBL U17 he scored 17.3ppg.

Other top performing players last week:
4. Bogdans Lipins) of A.Kraukla/VEF - 7 points, 17 rebounds and 3 assists
5. Arthur Ruiz (185-SG-2008) of Svincolati - 22 points and 4 rebounds

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
