Valur - Jesi 83-60

Valur trailed by 1 point after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 7-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 83-60. Valur forced 21 Jesi turnovers and outrebounded them 50-34 including 17 on the offensive glass. Valur looked well-organized offensively handing out 24 assists. Benoni Andrason notched a double-double by scoring 17 points, 11 rebounds, 4 assists and 7 steals to lead the effort and Gabriel Agustsson supported him with 18 points, 8 rebounds and 5 assists. Even a double-double of 16 points and 11 rebounds by Jacques Egbende did not help to save the game for Jesi. Niccolo Gubinelli added 13 points and 5 rebounds for Valur. Since the result was very predictable, it gave the chance for the coaches to test many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.

VKM 2 - SKM Eagles 63-69

SKM Eagles trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 2-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 69-63. SKM Eagles forced 20 VKM 2 turnovers. Strangely VKM 2 outrebounded SKM Eagles 48-32 including a 24-8 advantage in offensive rebounds. Artiom Rogalskij orchestrated the victory by scoring 29 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists. Tomas Daraskevicius contributed with 15 points and 8 rebounds for the winners. Ignas Silanskas replied with 11 points and 7 rebounds and Matas Mikenas added 12 points in the effort for VKM 2. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

The game without a history. Zalgiris led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Zalgiris forced 22 Beko turnovers and outrebounded them 53-39 including a 19-5 advantage in offensive rebounds. Zalgiris looked well-organized offensively handing out 23 assists comparing to just 9 passes made by Beko's players. Vytautas Stuikys notched 13 points and 9 rebounds to lead the effort and Nojus Jankauskas supported him with 17 points. Four Zalgiris players scored in double figures. Zalgiris' coach felt very confident that he used entire bench and allowed the starting five to rest. Even 22 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists by Vukasin Maric (-2008) did not help to save the game for Beko. Damjan Andric added 10 points and 15 rebounds for Zalgiris.

The game without a history. Lanciano led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 82 of its points in the paint compared to Lucenec's 44. Lanciano forced 27 Lucenec turnovers and outrebounded them 38-19 including a 28-12 advantage in defensive rebounds. Lanciano players were unselfish on offense dishing 29 assists comparing to just 14 passes made by Lucenec's players. Mavis Ekhaguere had a double-double by scoring 23 points and 13 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) to lead the charge for the winners and Giulio Del Prete chipped in 21 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists during the contest. Four Lanciano players scored in double figures. Guard Matus Zlocha (190-2008) responded with 19 points and Simon Durian scored 14 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.

The game was mostly controlled by BVBS. Pesaro managed to win fourth quarter 19-15. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. BVBS forced 27 Pesaro turnovers. Guard Krists Ozers (192-2008) notched a double-double by scoring 23 points and 11 rebounds to lead the effort and Ralfs Murnieks supported him with 17 points and 4 assists. Even 17 points by Matteo Del Prete did not help to save the game for Pesaro. Power forward Noel Michelazzo (204-2008) added 6 points and 12 rebounds for BVBS. Pesaro's coach rotated thirteen players seeing no chance for a win.

The game was mostly controlled by Tivat. USK Praha managed to win third quarter 26-21. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Tivat looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. Forward Marko Popovic (200-2009) notched 33 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds to lead the effort and Montenegrin center Djordje Gulic (207-2008) supported him with 25 points and 7 rebounds. Coach 's team controlled all game and the coach could let to play 10 players and allowed the starting five to get some rest. Even 24 points, 6 rebounds and 4 assists by JadenLucas Schilb did not help to save the game for USK Praha. Guard Jan Broda (184-2008) added 14 points, 7 rebounds and 4 assists for Tivat. Four USK Praha players scored in double figures.

Great defensive blocking was one of the keys in this match when VKM made 12 blocks. Forward Armandas Bukelskis (195-2008) notched a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds to lead the effort and guard Gabrielius Kerys (190-2008) supported him with 8 points and 7 rebounds. Even 24 points by Karolis Anuskevicius did not help to save the game for SKM Lions. Paulius Bakans added 10 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for VKM. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to get some rest.
