Kristians Reiters put on an amazing game in the last round for league's best team Ekselences centrs Riga and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 2.
He had the game-high 38 points adding three rebounds and three assists for Sigulda in his team's victory, helping them to crush SISU (#5, 1-3) with 19-point margin 94-75. It allowed Ekselences to consolidate first place in the EYBL U17. The season is still on an early stage, but Ekselences already had a very good start winning all 4 without losing a single one. In the team's last game Reiters had a remarkable 85.7% from 2-point range. It's his second year at Ekselences and it's hard to imagine this team without him. Reiters has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 27.3ppg. Reiters is in league's top in assists (5th best: 4.3apg) and averages solid 3.3spg and 75.0% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Piotr Mazek (194-G-2009) of MKS Start Lublin 2nd team. He is a guard in his first season at Start Lublin. In the last game Mazek recorded an impressive double-double of 30 points and 12 rebounds. Of course he led Lublin 2 to another comfortable win outscoring SISU (1-3) 89-67. The season is still at the very beginning and this victory may help a lot. Let's wait for the next round. Mazek is a newcomer at Lublin 2 and quickly became one of team's most reliable players. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 23.8ppg (#2). His other stats are also decent: 8.5rpg and 5.3apg.

Third place about best performers goes to Elijus Zilevicius of Taurage U16 team (#6). Zilevicius scored 19 points and grabbed 19 rebounds (!!!). Despite Zilevicius' great performance the Taurage lost 73-83 to Sigulda (#1, 4-0). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. Zilevicius has individually a great season in EYBL U17. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 16.0rpg (#1 in league).

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it's accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3*(REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) - 2*BSAG - 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4*(2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM - 3*(2FGPA-2FGPM) - 3*(3FGPA-3FGPM) - (FTA-FTM)
