Saad's double-double lands him Hoops Agents Player of the Week award

Muoacho Saad had a very impressive game in the last round for Hoopstarz Academy Zurich U16 team and receives a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 10.
He had a double-double of 44 points and 26 rebounds, while his team beat PuHu (#6, 0-0), the league's bottom-ranked team 82-74. Thanks to this victory Hoopstarz Ac. moved-up to the 69th position in EYBL U16. Too late to improve their position as they are currently ranked such low. They already lost 6 games and recorded just two victories. In the team's last game Saad had a remarkable 81.3% from 2-point range. He turned to be Hoopstarz Ac.'s top player in his first season with the team. Saad has impressive league stats. He is league's best scorer averaging so far 38.3ppg. Saad is in league's top in rebounds (2nd best: 16.0rpg) and averages solid 1.3bpg,4.5spg and 67.1% FGP.

Second best performed player last round was Gabriele Polisena of Roseto Academy U16 team. He is a in his first season at Roseto Acad.. In the last game Polisena recorded an impressive double-double of 40 points and 11 rebounds. Bad luck as Roseto Acad. was edged by league's leader PuHu (#6, 0-0) 85-83. This loss caused Roseto Acad. to drop to 67th position in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 3-5 record. Polisena is a newcomer at Roseto Acad. and quickly became one of team's most reliable players.

Third place about best performers goes to Werner Stude of PuHu Juniorit Vantaa U20 team (#6). Stude showcased his all-around game by recording 26 points, 13 rebounds (!!!) and 12 assists (!!!) in the last round. He was a key player of PuHu, leading his team to a 85-83 win against the lower-ranked Roseto Acad. (#67, 3-5). PuHu has a very good start of the season. But there were just 0 games played, so it's too early to judge them at this stage. Stude also has a very good start of the season with very strong stats. Stude has a great season in EYBL U16. After only 4 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in rebounds with 13.5rpg (6th best) and assists with 6.0apg (5th best).

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
