EYBL U16 round 19 best performance: Nojus Vasikauskas (by Hoops Agents)

Guard Nojus Vasikauskas (G) had a great game in the last round for Crew BBall Napoli U16 team, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 19.
The player was the main contributor (32 points, six rebounds and six assists) to his team's victory, helping them to outclass, the league's bottom-ranked team Borgomanero with 43-point margin 124-81. Thanks to this victory Crew Napoli moved-up to the 32th position in EYBL U16. They would have been even better if they did not have these two lost games earlier in Regular Season. Crew Napoli will need more victories to improve their 5-2 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Vasikauskas as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Nojus Vasikauskas has solid league stats. He is in league's top in points (8th best: 10.0ppg) and averages impressive 64.0% FGP.

The second best player in last round's games was Benas Stempelis of SKM Knauf Vilnius U16 team. Stempelis had a very good evening with a double-double of 27 points and 16 rebounds. Of course he led SKM Knauf to another comfortable win outscoring the lower-ranked Grantorino (#34, 5-3) 108-86. This victory allowed SKM Knauf to move up to 5th position in the standings. His team lost just one game this season, while they won 7 matches. Stempelis is a newcomer at SKM Knauf, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was another Crew Napoli's star - Lorenzo Agosto. Agosto got into 30-points club by scoring 33 points in the last round. He went also for six rebounds and four assists. He was another key player of Crew BBall Napoli U16 team, helping his team with a 124-81 easy win against the league's current leader Borgomanero. Crew Napoli needs these victories very badly if they think about getting closer to top teams. Their record at this point is 5 victories and 2 lost games. Agosto has a very solid season. In 5 games in EYBL U16 he scored 12.6ppg.
