EYBL U20 round 9 best performance: Remi-Andero Rumm

Point guard Remi-Andero Rumm (184-PG-2007) had a great game in the last round for Reinar Halliku Korvpallikool/Iisaku gumn, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 9.
The 18-year old player was the main contributor (41 points, four rebounds and three assists) to his team's victory, helping them to crush Myerscough (#4, 7-5) with 22-point margin 102-80. Reinar Halliku is placed at 8th position in EYBL U20. They would have been even better if they hadn't lost a few games earlier this season. Reinar Halliku will need more victories to improve their 5-3 record. In the team's last game Rumm had a remarkable eleven three-pointers out of 20 attempts. He turned to be Reinar Halliku's top player in his first season with the team. Remi-Andero Rumm averages this season 28.3ppg.

The second best player in last round's games was another RHKK's star - young Erik-Ernst Edovald (194-F-2007). Edovald had a very good evening with 19 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Of course together with Rumm he helped Reinar Halliku Korvpallikool/Iisaku gumn with another comfortable win outscoring the higher-ranked Myerscough (#4, 7-5) 102-80. This victory allowed Reinar Halliku to move up to 8th position in the standings. His team lost some distance to top teams. But a 5-3 record is not bad and everything may still change. Edovald is a newcomer at Reinar Halliku, but is already one of team's top players.

Third on the list of top players last round was guard Rihards Ivanovs (182-G-2007) of RBS Rigas Juniori (#5). Ivanovs showcased his all-around game by recording 19 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists in the last round. He was a key player of Rigas Juniori, leading his team to a 123-55 easy win against slightly higher-ranked Myerscough (#4, 7-5). Rigas Juniori is closer and closer to top of the standings. They will still need more victories. But 6-1 record is not that bad... Ivanovs has a great season in EYBL U20. After only 7 games, he made it on the list of the league's leaders in assists with 3.7apg (9th best).
