Yesterday in Paris, the French team defeated the Foreigners team 105-94. The Foreigners took an early lead in the first quarter thanks to a 18-2 run. The French team rallied in the 3rd quarter thanks to Amara Sy (202-F-81) and Laurent Foirest (197-F-73) and was only trailing by 4 at the beginning of the last period. With a better defense, French players won the game.
Fan's favourite Amara Sy (202-F-81) has been named MVP with 26 pts at 12/16 and 6 rbs while Laurent Foirest (197-F-73) added 24 pts at 6/17 and 5 stls. Parisians Mamoutou Diarra (198-F-80) and Luc Arthur Vebobe (203-F-80, college: Hawaii) scored respectively 12 and 11 pts and Vebobe added a game-high 11 rbs. Mickael Mokongo (180-G-86) delivered 12 assts and Laurent Sciarra (194-G-73) added 11.

Steve Lobel won the Dunk contest by jumping over 4 teammates before dunking the ball. He defeated promising Yannick Bokolo (190-G-85) in the final. Nancy's power forward Maxime Zianveni (198-F-79) dunked the ball from the free-throw line in the first round.
