Very important is a road loss of Lorient against Tours on Friday night. Visiting Lorient was defeated by Tours in a tough game in Tours 80-84. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. Tours will meet at home Bordeaux in the next round and are hoping to win another game. There were no big surprises in other games of round 2: winless Pays Salonais lost to undefeated Berck on the road 64-84. Winless Besancon lost to undefeated Val de Seine on its own court 80-82. Angers managed to outperform Bordeaux in a road game 63-56. Winless Chartres lost to undefeated Challans at home 73-87. Tarbes-Lourdes lost to undefeated Vitre on the opponent's court 66-69. Toulouse beat Rennes in a home game 87-85. Les Sables lost to undefeated Fougeres on the road 61-66.
