Noha Sylves claims French Espoirs Elite U21 Hoops Agents weekly honour

Talented Noha Sylves (205-C-2007) had an amazing evening in the last round for LDLC ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket and that's him to receive a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 6.
The 19-year old center had a double-double of 12 points and 16 rebounds, while his team beat St-Quentin U21 (#14, 1-6) 88-77. ASVEL Lyon-Villeurbanne Basket is placed at 4th position in French Espoirs Elite U21. They are still close to the very top. ASVEL would have been even better if they kept winning the games like in the last round. They have a solid 5-1 record. It was one of impressive evenings for Sylves as usually he does not deliver so high stats. Sylves has impressive league stats. He is in league's top in rebounds (5th best: 9.3rpg) and averages solid 74.1% FGP.

The second most remarkable performance in last round's games was young center Antoine Darsonville (214-C-2006) of ES Chalon-Sur-Saone. Darsonville impressed basketball fans with a double-double of 15 points and 20 rebounds. Bad luck as Chalon/Saor lost that game 76-88 to the higher-ranked Paris U21 (#6, 5-2). This loss caused Chalon/Saone to drop to 11th position in the standings. His team is not often considered as one of the league's best with a mere 2-4 record. Darsonville is one of the most experienced players at Chalon/Saone and has a reputation of one of team's most reliable players.

He was a key player of Le Mans U21, leading his team to a 93-76 easy win against the lower-ranked Pau-Orthez U21 (#10, 2-4). Le Mans U21 started extremely well this year. They recorded 6 victories without losing a single game. Bame turns to be one of the very best players in the league while he is also a leader of the top team having his eyes on the championship title. Bame has a great season in France.
